if you have a business idea but don’t know where to start, you should apply for the next batch of the XPLORE-program, which will start on November 12th 2018.
XPLORE is the pre-incubation program from UnternehmerTUM, where start-ups and those who want to become one are supported in a very early stage. The program focusses on three main topics:
– Elaborate a feaseable business model based on your startup idea
– Develop a suitable team
– Get ready for a first startup grant/investment
The 2.5 days bootcamp is followed by a 8 weeks coaching phase and a pitch presentation in front of investors and experts. The participation is free of charge and you can attend as an individual or a team. During the program you learn, how Lean Startup works. You will analyze your market and customer and will develop a convincing business-strategy.
The program especially directs to students and PHDs with a technical background, but is not limited to that.
